Frequently Asked Questions

What is Memoriz+?

Memoriz+ is a worldwide, multilingual, multicultural platform that provides services for documenting life stories – to celebrate both living people and loved ones who are no longer with us.

Memoriz+ is based on the understanding that everyone wants to remember and be remembred. With so many options out there, Memoriz+ has created a “one-stop shop” for all memory-related info, resources, and services.

Memoriz+ lets you share memories in all shapes and forms – from text that you type in directly, through text files, audio files, pictures, and videos, or links to outside resources.

Memoriz+ has no expiration date: like memory itself, we’re here to stay. The information uploaded to the site is stored securely and backed up daily, and we’re committed to manage this platform for generations to come.

There are 3 possibilities for a site’s permissions: Open site – open for everyone to visit and add content, though new content requires approval of the site’s admins. Regular site – open for everyone to visit, though new content creation is allowed only for invited users. Private site – only invited users may visit and add content to the site.

You can sign up to Memoriz+ quickly and easily using your email address, or your Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn account.

Starting a life story or memorial site is free, allowing you to invite unlimited friends and relatives, and share unlimited stories and memories. If you wish to upload more than 3 pictures, upload documents and files of any kind, add external media links to posts, or enjoy our advanced services, you’ll need to buy a subscription.

Memoriz+ gives its registered users access to a large marketplace of pre-approved vendors, who provide various physical and digital services – from digitizing photos, tapes, and documents, to placing flowers on a gravestone, to producing QR stickers, holding memorial ceremonies, producing memorial albums, and more.

Memoriz+ doesn’t replace your existing information, but rather makes it all available in one place. On your Memoriz+ site, you can add links to Wikipedia, a family tree, and any other place where you keep your memories. We’ll make sure it’s all under a single umbrella.
